I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in working with elementary and middle school kids using play, art, and talk therapies. My approach is child-centered at its core, which is based on empathy, genuineness, and acceptance.
Each child has unique strengths that can be used to facilitate healing and growth. When these can be accessed in combination with therapy and support from you, we can work together to create positive change for your child and family.
Group therapy provides a safe setting where kids can feel understood, learn and practice skills, build self-esteem, and form meaningful peer relationships.
Caregivers are the most important people in a child's life. I will work with you to learn parenting strategies, understand and manage family challenges, and improve your relationship with your child(ren).
